Woodmere unveils exhibition telling story of Tom Judd s new subway mural

.- On Saturday, February 27, 2021 Woodmere Art Museum unveiled its latest exhibition, History in Motion: Tom Judds Subway Mural. Judds mural is an important addition to the citys rich landscape of public art. Woodmeres exhibition includes preparatory studies for the mural as well as in-process photographs of the installation.

In connection with the reconstruction of the 5th Street-Independence Hall Station on the Market-Frankford Line, artist Tom Judd was selected to create a permanent installation for the station. Following inadequate demand, the average price at sale 8 of the auctions of Coonoor Tea Trade Association nosedived to ₹ 125.62 a kg – the lowest so far in calendar 2021.
This was nearly ₹ 6 less per kg over the previous week.
Despite this, there were no takers for as much 41 per cent of the offer resulting in teas worth ₹8.53 crore remaining unsold.
The Broken Orange Pekoe CTC grade of Crosshill Estate Special, auctioned by Global Tea Brokers, topped the auctions when Tea Services India Pvt Ltd bought it for ₹ 301 a kg. This was the only tea which crossed ₹ 300/kg level this week.

Glenn Martindale & Associates was founded in 1960 by Brad s father, Glenn Martindale. Initially, the business focused on handling the sale of livestock, farm equipment, business liquidations and personal property.Â
Brad joined his father in 1973 in both the auction business and in Gateway Realty, a real estate business founded by Glenn in 1970.Â
Together, the pair expanded the auction business into selling construction and railroad equipment. In 1999, Glenn Martindale & Associates expanded further to handle indoor household and antique auctions.Â
It might be better if the poor soul near New Haven, Conn., who sold an old bowl for $35 at a yard sale last year never finds out about this. It turns out the porcelain bowl dates.
The third annual event that showcases and auctions wild horses is on Aug. 28.
Applications to be a trainer for the Meeker Mustang Makeover are open until April 1. Trainers will look after 3-year-old wild horses or yearlings (1-year-old horses) and get them ready for the competition and auction.
âItâs not easy,â said Deirdre Macnab, a rancher who is also a spokesperson for the event. âA lot of these horses are untouched by human hands.â
Event organizers, all of whom are volunteers, are looking for trainers for 20 wild horses from the region. They will be given 120 days to coach the horses.
